MR. L Hanley Acting President & Chief Executive

Mr. L Hanley, joined the group in September 2019 as projects Manager, and has now been appointed as the acting President & Chief Executive of the entire group. A Prince 2 and Agile Scrum professional with significant experience in project management, requirements gathering, wire frame designs, user story illustration, process mapping, project planning, risk, change and stakeholder management within diverse sectors. He had worked on numerous projects with significant budgets and average team sizes of 7 individuals, including developers, software testers, subject-matter experts, customer experience managers, business analysts and project managers. He is also an excellent communicator well versed in reporting across multiple levels of hierarchy.

He attended the University of Salford in Manchester, England and ARDEN COLLEGE in Manchester England. He holds a Diploma in Human Resources /Project Management /Property Renovation /Level 2 Food Hygiene, Membership of Prince 2 Foundation and Agile, Music Production / Sound Engineering, Music Theory, BTEC National Certificate, (Business Administration), 1 A Level, Art, 10 O Levels, including English and Mathematics.

His hobbies & interests includes, music production and songwriting. In 2001, he signed a 5-year deal with Warner Bros, and thereafter with Sony Music. For him, now writing is more therapy and relaxation, and have a very keen eye in sports and have signed two professional footballers into Walsall Fc and Cardiff Fc maintaining strong relations with several current Fc Managers and further motivating and assisting young local talent arranging personal development and trials.

He previously worked at Almond Media as a senior Project Manager who determined the resources required to complete the project and liaise with other stakeholders and development teams to plan and secure project requirements, support the product owner in managing customer expectations and communications, provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality throughout the document life cycle, implement effective project governance and review, monitoring and reviewing progress of projects in conjunction with key stakeholders to ensure successful completion, monitor and review quality of work on a regular basis to ensure that it meets standards and requirements, conduct project presentations and compile reports including evaluation of project lead to outcomes, develop and mentor team members to ensure the effective transfer of knowledge and building of skills, manage/support requirements through the life cycle from inception, review, sign-off, development, testing to acceptance and benefits realization, cultivate strong relationships with customers and product teams, taking the lead, challenging ideas, thinking and managing expectations as appropriate using the companies preferred Prince 2 Agile Methodology.

He was also the Project Manager & Business Development consultant for COTYSO STUDIOS From April 2016 to Dec 2018 where his ro,r included defining and eliciting business requirements to support and launch new products and software releases. Analyzing business requirements and processes through document analysis, interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis. Coordinating with multiple stakeholders efficiently and effectively throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely completion of projects and that requirements are met, implemented accurately and full impact is understood by the business. Translating stakeholder requirements into multiple tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams. Prioritizing requirements by defining the Must-have, Should-have and Could-have (MoSCoW) features of the business products in preparation for sprints. Conducting various levels of testing including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration and performance to verify the client’s needs are met. Monitoring team progress during sprints using burn down charts and continuously measuring the minimum viable product against user acceptance criteria. Performing and documenting business impact analysis of change requests. Ensuring projects were GDPR compliant by creating a framework to obtain consent to acquire and store users’ data.

Franklyn Onyeani-Egbuta

Franklyn Onyeani-Egbuta, ESQ, B.Sc, MSc.Senior Executive Vice President – OUT SOURCING Engineering Contractors & Much more Corp.

Franklyn Egbuta, was the President/CEO of premier Medical Supply New York Inc. He joined AHPE in 2015 to lead the Exploration and production resuscitations support team.He has a bachelor degree from the University of Jos, Nigeria and a professional training from Federal University of Science and Technology (FUTO) Owerri in petroleum engineering.

He has several years of experience as a petroleum business man , he started his career with the Nigerian Navy before emigrating to the United States 1988. He served as a manager with Petra Capital Oil and Gas Ltd Nigeria. He later founded Calgary Oil and Gas Limited ,Nigeria in 2011 and doubled as the Business Development Manager- Import and Export, in addition to being the Chairman/CEO where he sank his teeth in international oil and gas business both in crude and refined oil products within west Africa.

He later founded Hope multi dynamics, an oil and gas company providing services to the oil industry. This company is also engaged in oil and gas trading in both refined petroleum product and crude oil

High Chief Engr. Emmanuel Anosike

Engineer Emmanuel C. Anosike is a founding member of AHPE GLOBAL RESOURCES and OUTSOURCING ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS NIGERIA He is currently the Executive Director “Global Inter-governmental Affairs” since 2014 , & Chairman Outsourcing Engineering contractors Nigeria, also a founding Director @ OUT SOURCING Engineering Contractors & Much more UK and is also the Managing Director of Olympic Refinery and Petrochemical Resources Ltd and has years of experience of the energy sector including extensive experience in negotiating sales purchasing agreements, refining, business development, construction, procurement, production, exploration and a range of managerial roles.

Engineer Anosike has served as a Director at NYC Department of Small Business Services for Procurement Technical Assistance, Director for Procurement Technology, Director for Bonding and Technical Assistance Program and Director for Bid Match Systems and assisted the Deputy Director for the Division of Economic Opportunity.

Engineer Anosike has a BSc degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston, a BSc from Thomas Edison College and a Masters in Environmental Sciences. He attended Omini Drilling School and worked as a Mud Engineer with CRAWL Water Well Drilling & Supply and used this knowledge to advise prospective investors on technical matters.

Engineer Anosike also served as Senior Vice President, Imperial Refinery & Petrochemical Inc, New York where he developed the preliminary investment and support packing considerations for the refinery and provided the basic design, concept selection and economic feasibility assessment for the construction of the Imperial Refinery. He also drafted the Health & Safety and Environmental Guidelines for Imperial Refinery.

Engineer Anosike is Vice President of Horton Processing Engineering Inc which conducts feasibility studies and basic process design and conceptual design cost estimates for business interest in building an oil refinery.

Engineer Anosike is President of Leaback International Ltd. Leaback identifies sources of finance for the funding of major infrastructure projects. Leaback also provides technical and analytical support to identify and address cross-cutting program issues. Leaback also assists in the preparation of program related materials including research, technical writing, editing and provides data collection and assistance with analysis of key legislative, regulatory, budgetary issues that affect program / project in planning activities, value engineering, site development and risk analysis. Leaback uses these skills to advise prospective investors on technical matters.

Engineer Anosike is listed in WHO’S WHO in America for excellence in Business Development. Affiliations include Nigerian Chamber of International Trade & Commerce Inc where Engineer Anosike is President as well as memberships of the American Society of Engineers, American Institute of Technical Writers, American Consultants League and the National Association of Minority Contractors. STELLA TEMILOLA AKINBODE

Stella Akinbode is a UK trained Chartered Accountant, and was the pioneer Head of Finance and Accounts of Equatorial Trust Bank (now part of Sterling Bank). She played a significant role in various capacities (local and international banking operations), which took the bank to the top of the industry; before exiting the industry as an Assistant General Manager.In addition, she has vast experience (gained in other banks and industries) in audit, management, treasury operations, marketing and major investment in the Nigeria stock market.

She has been working to develop the African Oil and gas business for the last five years where she learned of the cultural differences between the African way of doing business and the United States cultures vs the rest of the world including China .Along the way he has also picked up the skills of international contracting and how to set up protocols that discern subtle differences in levels of integrity and how to protect the interests of both sides of a transaction a clear advantage from her background in Accounting.

She is the Chief Financial Officer of AHPE GLOBAL RESOURCES NIGERIA ,and Secretary of the company.
Her passion is adding value and delivering excellent results, training/motivation of team members for the best possible impact for growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Prof. Chudi Uwazurike

Prof.Chudi Uwazurike is an International scholar with noble pedigree whose contributions in research and development had made positive impact in the domestic and foreign policy frameworks of Nigeria. His literary works are masterpiece and appeals to readers in Africa and beyond.He had served the country in different capacities nationally and internationally. He is one of the notable African lecturers in the Famous Harvard University of Boston the Ehime Mbano-born writer also serves as a policy strategist and technocrat

In 2011, he was elected into the National Assembly, to represent the good people of Obowo, Ihitte Uboma and Ehime Mbano federal constituency otherwise known as Okigwe South. This was his first outing in active politics and no doubt brought him to the front of our National politics.

It is on record that legacies one built will always defend him even by proxy. This is a confirmation of the task bestowed on Prof.Chudi Uwazuruike by the PDP led government of HE Rt.Hon.Emeka Ihedioha.

He was appointed a sub-committee chairman, on DIASPORA AFFAIRS,INVESTMENT AND CULTURAL HOMECOMING FESTIVAL, by the Executive governor of IMO State, Rt.Hon Emeka Ihedioha, a position that demands for, deeper exposure to the realities of events around the globe. He is a man of starling character with impeccable integrity Engr. Momoh is a devout Christian and God fearing man He has an eye for discovering credible energy sources and with a vast network of traders and suppliers he can manage any supply project to the satisfaction of clients.

Arch. Augustine Alaka

Arch. Augustine Alaka is a very dedicated businessman with a clear focus on achieving goals for a better humanity. He is a very accomplished professional with vast experience in oil and gas and a brilliant architect with a passion for quality and style.

Arch. Augustine Ikemefula (Ikem.) Alaka was born in the town of Ihiala, which the we now call the Anambra State of Nigeria. He obtained his degree in Architecture in May1987 from the City College of the City University of New York. He is happily married to his one and only love, Mrs. Uzoamaka Alice Alaka, for over 46 Years. Mrs. Alaka was a teacher who retired after 30 years of teaching within the New York City education system.

Under the employment of a major New York City architectural firm, William Nicholas Bodouva and Associates, located at Eleven Pennsylvania Plaza, New York, New York 10001, Arch. Augustine Alaka with other architects designed and supervised the construction of the British Airways Terminal at JFK Airport in 1988. They also designed the renovation of the 34th Street and 7th Avenue New York City Train Transit Terminal.

As a junior architect of the firm, Arch. Alaka was trained in the manual design of aircraft parking and worked in the redesigning of many other airlines’ parking terminals at the JFK Airport from 1988 to 1990.

In late 1990, Arch. Alaka joined another New York City architectural firm—the Misra Associates. Misra Associates have offices at 135th 5th Avenue, New York, New York 10010. Working for this firm, Arch. Alaka worked for the design of one of the kitchens/cafeterias built at the Rikers Island Prisons at 15-15 Hazen Street, East Elmhurst, New York City 11370.

Subsequently, Arch. Augustine Ikem. Alaka promoted a U.S. cosmetics product line under the brand name of Erika II Cosmetics, in collaboration with Alaka Construction and Supply Co. Nig. Ltd. during the 4th Enugu International Trade Fair on March 25th through April 5th, 1993.

Arch. Alaka was awarded the Best Foreign Stand and was awarded the first prize by the then Enugu State Governor, Okwesilieze Nwodo, which was carried by the STAR Newspaper on Sunday, April 18th, 1993 and TV News from March 25th through April 5th, 1993.

Arch. Alaka’s Company, Alaka Construction and Supply Co. Nig. Ltd. was awarded a two-million US dollar ($2,000,000.00) contract by the Enugu State’s Sunrise Flour Mills Ltd., Emene, Enugu-Nigeria in 1993 for the supply of American produced wheat for the production of wheat flour by Sunrise Flour Mill Ltd.

In 1995, Arc. Alaka incorporated a business entity, Enuyork International, Incorporated with the office then at 195 Steuben Street, Staten Island, New York 10304. The present office of Enuyork International, Inc. is now at 262 Van Name Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10303.

In 1998, the Security Council of the United Nations, New York USA, under the M.O.U. program, Phase Two dealing with “Oil for Food Program for Iraq” awarded Enuyork International, Inc. a thirty-two million US dollar ($32,000,000.00) contract to supply Iraq with Vietnamese Rice and the United States Wheat.

A graduate of French Language from Obafemi Awolowo University(Great Ife), she leaves no excuse for her background to diversify into the fields of her interest. She caught the passion for Real Estate over a handful of years after some experience in the Media, Brands and Communication. Her thirst for excellence and business professionalism spurred her to secure amongst other certifications; a Master degree in Professional Ethic (MPE) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and now a pursuit for an MBA of the same at the Lagos business school.

Brewed with vast experience, professional trainings and certifications both within and out of Nigeria in Real Estate, she has been able to distinguish herself from her peers. Over the years, she has worked for reliable real estate companies where she grew up the ladder from an officer to managerial position where she undeniably added a lot of value both in sales of properties and other managerial activities and responsibilities. Undaunted, gusty, focused and undistracted from her goals. . . For her in business and life it is honesty, trust and excellence or nothing.

Engr. Raymond O. Okoroji

Ray Okoroji is a seasoned and well-respected engineer, who
joined Outsourcing Group in 2019. He is a designer, urban planner, and project management professional with over 30 years of experience in project master plan and development of project design that includes field feasibility studies and surveys. The production of quality contract drawings and specifications required to reach final design is necessary to assure public/private bid and award for the construction of public/private capital projects in accordance with engineering standards.

He conducts quality and process audits to verify requirements documented in the management systems are effectively implemented; verifies the adequacy and effectiveness of established processes and identify any need for system and project improvements; and ensures that contractors are using/meeting established standards in project delivery and that contractual and regulatory requirements are being met using ISO 9001 and 14001 Environmental Management System Standards.

He regularly reviews and manage medium to large scale work of multi-trade contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget; evaluates contractors’ submissions; schedules and conducts progress meetings; ensues that all required permits/approvals are obtained; reviews and approves contractors’ coordinated schedules; tracks daily work progress; provides quality assurance to verify that the contractor fulfills contractual requirements and check contractor’s quality control during inspection and testing; reviews and processes contractor monthly payments; interfaces with Architect/Engineer (A/E) of record to clarify contract document issues during design and construction phase; prepares and maintains project files and records of job progress; ensures that punch lists work are completed; effectively manages project completion schedules and closeout activities including filing and archiving all closeout documents for future references and retrievals.

He also inspects and surveys the Physical Breakdown Structures (PBS), to assess the current general conditions of the architectural elements, electrical, mechanical/plumbing & HVAC Systems’ on all Public/Private work Projects. Document findings on remote computer systems and prepare written reports for replacement quantities for capital improvement programs.

As a mentor construction manager, He managed and supervise various trade contractors under The Public/Private mentor programs with the aim of training and helping the contractors in their business development to complete, be successful and graduate General Contractor from the program.
